Comments for this Error code:
Good evening, I have a xbox 360 and presents the diguiente problem: the power
source illuminates orange when I turn on the console is changed to green and
Immediately returns to orange, the console 3 red lights and the code shown
appears is the (0013 ) as I can repair my console from my house ??
This just may be me but 0013 and 0031 seem to be the same problem just throws a
different code... I ended up having a 0013 and i had to re-solder
"C4F3" by the top ram chip that sits outsite the gpu heat plate. Let
me tell you what a pain! After wards it needed a proper reflow and it's
all Green lights now for the past 4 hrs. I'll post back if it breaks, when
it breaks, and what code it ends up throwing next.
Please help! I have the same error code (0013) but with 3 red lights. Power
brick led is orange.
I fixed the problem with an xclamp fix.
It isnt overheated but the fan goes crazy the second it starts up.
Any idea how to fix that?
Ok well I have this problem and on mine I dont think it is a cold joint under
the ram or the HANA chip because I can play it for about an hour and a half
before it shuts off and the lights will show. It has been x-clamp fixed, 12 volt
fan modded, and penny tricked and all its done has extended the use time, but it
still gets this error. I have already added pennies to the top ram bricks too,
but get same results. I was thinking about taking the electric tape off the
pennies to expose the copper and also applying thermal paste to the top penny so
hopefully all heat will go to the top penny. I'll post my results.
Successfully repaired by reflowing all 4 ram chips on the top side with flux on
a ZT-7 using the standard profile reaching max 230C on the temp indicator.
yes reflowing the ram will take care of problem also adding washers to the top
ram helps
stacking two 1mm aluminum plates cut to the size of the ram, on top of the ram
under the heatsink will fix this problem
