Comments for this Error code:
had one of these, the area around r3t6 was compleatley destroyed, u6t1 was gone
and 4 of it's pads where missing. Took the u6t2 chip off another board and
fitted it to this one then repaired 3 trace breaks and it booted ;) (but
unfortunatley it booted to a update loop of dash 13604, and with out knowing the
dvd drive vendor or key there is no getting out of that, and the console
wouldn't glitch [Damn xenons] so i'm gonna be putting a cpu from a
blades dash console on this one ;) )

I found that i have this error because i was knocked out U6T2 while dismantling
X-Clamp. Now i solder it back and i have Update Error...
Just solved the problem.I have removed for a mistake R1T6 instead of R3T6 and
the xbox doesn't boot up at all. If i press power button nothing happens.
So I've resoldered R1T6 and desoldered R3T6 for avoid efuses blowing.
The xbox boot up correctly, but when I've done an update it gaves me 1
RROD E80 1100.
So I've dissassembly again the console and replaced R3T6 again.
Unfortunatly I didn't have it anymore, so I've just soldered a 10K
resistor 1/4 watt using two little awg30 wires. Now the xbox boot up again and
it is finishing the update :)
Just curious as to why people always comment on what they're going to do,
but never come back and post a comment as to whether it worked or not? Without
that, these comments aren't much help.

wow... CR6T1 (right beside R6T3) is sodered on wrong - almost sideways and looks
like a lifted lead... this is probably whats causing my error.
I am going to resoder and see if E80 / sometimes 3 RROD go away
(Microsoft needs to fire some tech and get people in that can soder properly.)
I got this error on an unmodded xbox. The box has been sent to microsoft once
for RROD fix. This time I got it after doing the xclamp fix.
Going to disassemble and check the R3T6 resistor and possibly resoder if it
looks to have a cold soder joint.
