Comments for this Error code:
i have error with 2006 xenon.
0021 error (3 light red),process reballing gpu and o.k full work ,
Had a missing cap near the main power input plug. So I put a cap back in that
place and replaced the gpu. (Just to be safe) and now its green lights :)
I had this error with a Jasper, I reballed GPU still got 0021 so I decided to
reball the southbridge next and bam up popped the green lights xbox is all good
now.
Had a console with this, was a bad gpu, had a hell of a time fixing it. after a
new gpu still gave 0021, after no luck with several reflows i flushed the sb,
ram and cpu with alcohol and ran annother reflow, changed to 0102, flushed the
gpu and ram again, reflowed it and i got green lights ;) dash 7636 ;)
no need to replace or reball only check this c2c1; c2c2; c2c3 or c2c4 the
correct value is 1uF if not that it's problem
i can confirm 0021 is a bridge under gpu and need re-ball our may need a gpu
replacement.
I always seem to have to replace gpu after this error 90% of the time.
i can confirm 0021 is a bridge under gpu had a virgin 0022 then reflow then 0102
then reflow 0021 time to reball
Got this one on a LiteON 7xxxx with cracked/broken PCB on the screw near the
corner. Also 0020 on another with bridged solder on a trace that was cut.
I had this code with a Jtag Xenon using the 2 diode and jumper method. It was
random and I would need to let my system sit for 10+ minutes before playing it
again.
This error was resolved by using the 3 330ohm resistor (old) method instead of
the newer diode method.
IF you trying to JTAG a falcon and it gives you this code after you wired the
jumpers then check the jumper from j2d2 4 and 7. It may draw too much current
and trip the error.
Simply put a diode, 1n4148, same diode as the other 2, with the cathode (black
side) towards pin 4 in place of the jumper.

I had one Jasper with 93450c, and error was found in connector at dvd-rom side.
When console were powered on there was no (specific start-up) sound of
dvd-drive.
The solution for this problem was to bend a little bit (absolutely very little)
to center on both pin lines. I wanted to be sure that there IS connection with
every pin. And it worked.
To be clear. Before this error there was fixed burned pin101 connection.
